NDA
A confidentiality statement or confidentiality agreement (also often referred to as a non-disclosure agreement, NDA) is a contract which must ensure that the one party cannot use for his own purposes the unique components of a product or service disclosed by another party, and keeps to himself information associated with a product, service or idea and, with the exception of staff of the company itself, keeps this information secret.

Transfer
